I have been with the same broker, RE/MAX Town & Country in Allen TX, since January 2000. I have always been a full time agent and in my “lifetime as a Realtor” I have listed and sold many homes and of the homes I listed only 3 did not sell! That’s only 3 in 19 YEARS. This year I had 3 families move into new builds of which 2 had to sell in order to buy the new build.
